Terms and Conditions for workshop bookings

A firm reservation is made once a booking form, together with a deposit, has been received from you and Natures Photos confirms the booking in writing or via e-mail. Provisional bookings can be held for 14 days, pending receipt of a completed booking form.

Deposits paid are not refundable. The balance is payable 28 days before the workshop. Without notice of cancellation prior to the balance payment date, balance monies will remain due.

Natures Photo’s requires a minimum number of delegates to run a course. If for this or any other we need to cancel a workshop, we will offer a place on any of our future workshops (of the same type) or a full refund of the amount paid by you. Natures Photos can accept no further liability.

If you cancel your booking for a workshop and Natures Photos are able to fill your place, we will offer you an available place on a future workshop of the same value. No cash refunds are given.

Natures Photos, its course leaders and organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, or for personal accident or injury. All activities are entered into at your own risk.

Many of the workshops run by Natures Photos are outdoors and could thus be affected by weather. For most workshops there are alternative arrangements to cope with adverse weather conditions however in the event of very poor weather we will attempt to contact everyone the day before and if possible reschedule for a later date. Natures Photos decisions on this are final. If a workshop has to be cancelled and the alternative date offered is not convenient a full refund of the amount paid by you will be made, but Natures Photos can accept no further liability.

All names and addresses of people booking on workshops run by Natures Photos are entered on the Natures Photo’s mailing list held on computer. Names are deleted after three years if no further booking is made. No information so stored will ever be passed to a third party.
